Tracy Memoli, co-founder FrutaPOP

Tracy created FrutaPOP as a healthy alternative to all ready-to-eat, frozen cocktails currently on the market in the U.S. In 2017, Tracy founded FrutaPOP, the makers of the world’s finest gourmet, alcohol-infused ice pop - reinventing the ice pop - a product that hasn’t seen an innovation in the last 70 years. Tracy has served as a judge in the International Chocolate Awards and at SIGEP, the world's largest gelato and pastry trade show in the world.  Tracy works with some of the world’s largest beverage brands, start up companies, corporations, restaurants and top chefs to create alcohol-infused ice pop flavors. 

Tracy has appeared on Dr.Oz and has been featured in USA Today Travel, U.S. News & World Report, TheStreet.com, The Daily Meal and Destination Weddings & Events. 

Tracy is a graduate of the University of North Florida with a degree in Communications. Tracy is a member of the New York Women’s Culinary Alliance, Female Founder Collective, The Entreprenistas League, United Women in Business and is a graduate of the NASDAQ Entrepreneurial Center.

Laurance Rassin, co- founder FrutaPOP

Laurance brings more than 25 years of experience in marketing, brand activations, experiential events and brand strategy, with a focus on start-up brand strategy and positioning.  In 2016, Laurance founded FrutaPOP, the makers of the world’s finest gourmet, alcohol-infused ice pop - reinventing the ice pop - a product that hasn’t seen an innovation in the last 50 years.

Rassin was the first contemporary artist to preside over the closing bell at NASDAQ and has appeared on WNBC NY, Bravo and MTV Networks. He has been quoted in the Financial Times, Newsweek, Associated Press and The New York Daily News.
